Each participant will complete a short action card answering the following question: What is the first concrete action you will take after this meeting, and with whom? The responses will be collected in order to organise the B2B meetings and ensure subsequent follow-up.
Synthesis of the main conclusions, the partnerships identified and the commitments made.
Closing of the roundtable by the organizers and invitation of participants to the networking lunch.
A working lunch designed to encourage direct exchanges and to prepare the afternoon's bilateral meetings.
Pre-arranged bilateral meetings between companies, public institutions and financial actors.
Additional meetings may be organised during the day based on the projects, needs and potential partnerships identified during the discussions.
The LUMM Room will remain available from 16:00 to 18:30 for the B2B, B2G and institutional meetings.
Our coordinators will accompany participants individually and help them organise their bilateral meetings.
The success of this roundtable will not be measured by the number of interventions, but by the projects, the partnerships and the concrete actions that emerge from it.
