Tierra Firme is a pioneering vocational training program initiated by the Government of the Canary Islands, designed to equip young Mauritanians with the construction skills needed to thrive in a growing economy.

By combining rigorous theoretical instruction with hands-on practical experience, the program bridges the gap between potential and opportunity — creating a sustainable pathway to employment, entrepreneurship, and economic independence.
